  • To perform warranty repairs, the customer must have a receipt with a sale date, a product with a tag and an identity document;
  • Warranty service does not apply to products with mechanical damage, traces of interaction with alkaline detergents, substances containing chlorine and iodine, creams and ointments containing mercury and its compounds;
  • To perform warranty repairs, the customer must adhere to the rules of operation of the products.

Product rules

Products must be operated in conditions that exclude:

  • negligent, improper or improper operation (various mechanical damage to the product or insertion);
  • Contact with acids and alkaline (including detergents and detergents);
  • interaction with substances containing chlorine, iodine, mercury, sulfur and their compounds (may be found, for example, in cosmetics and in pool water);
  • Contact with solvents (e.g. varnish remover, stain remover);
  • effect of open fire, high, low and fast-changing temperatures on inserts and products (e.g. sauna and tanning beds);
  • The effect of dyes;
  • influence of abrasive substances and materials (e.g. nail polish, household cleaners or toothpaste);
  • negative effects of radiation (e.g. radioactive, X-ray and ultraviolet);
  • contact with chemicals that can damage the product.

2. Do not use ultrasound cleaning at home. The effect of the ultrasound device can lead to damage to decoration or insertion.

3. Keep each product separate in a soft case to avoid scratches and chipping.
